BALANCE - DAILY CALIBRATION REPORT
This sub-menu helps to generate and view Daily Calibration reports in the system.
Put in required filters and click on 'View Report' button; the following report will get generated.
Click ‘Print Report’ button; the following window will get displayed with list of printers available in the network.
Select a printer from the list and give ‘Print’ command; the print will get generated and the following message window will get displayed notifying 'Print Initiated' with OK button.
Click on OK button on message window and Balance - Daily Calibration form will get displayed;
Put in the same filters and click on 'No Calibration Reason' button; a tab will get displayed asking to select date and enter reason.
Select date from dropdown list, enter reason in the field and click on 'Save' button; the following window will get displayed asking for confirmation.
Click on 'Cancel' button and Balance - Daily Calibration Report form will get displayed with new filled information.
Click on 'Confirm' button and the following window will get displayed notifying "No Calibration Reason Added Successfully" with OK button.
Click on OK button on message window and blank Balance - Daily Calibration form will get displayed.
Select required filters and click on 'Print Reason for Printout' button for reports whose print count is more than 1; Print Reason for Printout report will get generated.
Click on ‘Print Report’ button; the following window will get displayed with list of printers available in the network.
Select a printer from the list and give ‘Print’ command; the print will get generated and the following message window will get displayed notifying 'Print Initiated' with OK button.
Click on OK button on message window and Balance - Daily Calibration form will get displayed.
