VIEW INSTRUMENT(OTHER)
This module is used to View Instrument details updated in the system.
Select instrument type from dropdown list, the following detail window will get displayed.
Click on Activate button for a particular inactive Instrument ID No. and the following window will get displayed asking for confirmation.
Click on Cancel option and the detail window consisting list of selected instrument type gets displayed.
Click on Confirm option and the following window will get displayed asking to enter remark.
Enter remark and click on OK button; the following window will get displayed notifying 'Instrument Activated Successfully' with OK button.
Click on OK button on message window and View Instrument page will get displayed with updated instrument status.
Click on Deactivate button for a particular active Instrument ID No. and the following window will get displayed asking for confirmation.
Click on Cancel option and the detail window consisting list of selected instrument type gets displayed.
Click on Confirm option and the following window will get displayed asking to enter remark.
Enter remark and click on OK button; the following window will get displayed notifying 'Instrument Deactivated Successfully' with OK button.
Click on OK button on message window and View Instrument page will get displayed with updated instrument status.
Click on Deactivate button for a particular active Instrument Code assigned to a particular area/cubicle; the following message will get displayed notifying "<'Instrument Name'> Assigned to <'Area Name'>" with OK button.
Click on OK button on message window and View Instrument Details page will get displayed.
*NOTE: User cannot activate/deactivate self-added instrument details.
