SET ALL PARAMETERS
This sub-menu is used to set all the Security Parameters for the system.
TIME OUT PERIOD-Set in minutes. If the system is idle, i.e., if a user is logged into the system and is not using it for time out period (in minutes), the session will expire and the user will get logged out of the system. Maximum time out period can be set upto 9 minutes.
Once the session gets timed out, the user automatically gets logged out of the system, is directed to login page and following message window gets displayed.
ARCHIVE PERIOD-Set in days. The reports in the system gets transferred to "archive folder" after set number of days. Maximum archive period can be set upto 999 days.
PRINTING MODE-Printing mode will be “Manual”. User needs to print the report manually.
Fill in the required details and click on 'Save' button, the following window will get displayed asking for confirmation.
Click on Cancel option and Set All Parameters main page will get displayed with new filled information.
Click on Confirm option and the following window will get displayed asking to enter remark.
Enter Remark in the field and click on OK button; the following window will get displayed notifying "Parameters Updated Successfully" with OK button.
Click on OK button on pop-up message window and the Set All Parameters form gets displayed with new updated information.
