MANAGE USER
This module is used to make changes in User details updated in the system.
Click on 'Edit' button for a particular User and the following window will get displayed.
Click on 'Modify Role Rights' and/or 'Modify Special Privileges' button(s); the Rights Assigned and Special Privileges fields will get unmasked/enabled accordingly allowing authorized user to add/remove rights and privileges as per requirement.
Click on 'Save' button without updating any changes, the following window will get displayed notifying 'No Change' with OK button.
Add/remove the rights and privileges as per requirement and click on Save button; the following window will get displayed asking for confirmation.
Click on Cancel option and the User Details page will get displayed in edit mode with new filled information.
Click on Confirm option and the following window will get displayed asking to enter remark.
Enter remark and click on OK button, the following window will get displayed notifying 'User Updated Successfully' with OK button.
Click on 'Temp Disable' button and the following window will get displayed asking for confirmation.
Click on Cancel option and the Manage User main page will get displayed.
Click on Confirm option and the following window will get displayed asking to enter remark.
Enter remark and click on OK button; the following window will get displayed notifying "Temporary Disabled <'User Name'>" with OK button.
Click on OK button on message window and Manage User main page gets displayed with new updated User Status.
Click on 'Enable' button and the following window will get displayed asking for confirmation.
Click on Cancel option and the Manage User home page will get displayed.
Click on Confirm option and the following window will get displayed asking to enter remark.
Enter remark and click on OK button; the following window will get displayed notifying "Enabled <'User Name'>".
Click on OK button on message window and Manage User main page gets displayed with new updated User Status.
NOTES: 'Edit' and/or 'Enable' and 'Temp Disable' buttons will not be visible for;
1) Users who are logged in on system.
2) Users whose rights and privileges are more than rights of logged in user.
3) Users who do not have either Edit User or Manage User right(s).
