EDIT BALANCE DETAIL
This module is used to Edit Balance details updated in the system.
Select Balance Code No. from dropdown list and click on Edit button, the following edit window will get displayed allowing user to make changes.
Click on 'Save' button without implementing any change; the following window will get displayed notifying 'No Change'.
Click on OK button on message window and the Edit Balance form will get displayed with already filled information.
Put in the required changes and click on 'Save' button, the following window will get displayed asking for confirmation.
Select Cancel option and the Edit Balance details page will get displayed with new filled information.
Select Confirm option and the following window will get displayed asking to enter remark.
Enter remark and click on OK button; the following window will get displayed notifying "Balance Updated Successfully" with OK button.
Click on OK button on message window and a blank Edit Balance form will get dispalyed.
NOTE: The balance code nos. that are already assigned to Area will not reflect under dropdown list for edit.
