ADD TABLET
This module is used to Add Tablet details in the system.
1. BFG CODE NO.- Unique BFG Code No. consists of minimum 1 and maximum 25 alpha-numeric and special characters.
2. PRODUCT NAME- Unique Product name consists of minimum 1 and maximum 250 alpha-numeric and special characters.
3. PRODUCT VERSION NO.- Unique Product Version no. consists of minimum 1 and maximum 25 alpha-numeric and special characters.
4. VERSION NO.- Version no. consists of minimum 1 and maximum 25 alpha-numeric and special characters.
5. PRODUCT TYPE- Type of product to be checked from the options.
- MONOLAYER: Monolayer parameter is single continuous layer of product.
- COATED: Coated parameter is selected when product is to be coated. Product is coated in order to mask its taste, make it easier to swallow or to protect active medication inside.
- GRANULATION: The process of forming grains or granules from a powdery or solid substance, producing a granular material. In simple words, granulation involves shredding or grinding solid material into finer granules or pellets.
6. SET UNIT- Unit of Measurement to be set for Individual, Group and Dimension parameters.
Set required unit for respective parameter and click on ‘Save’ button; the following window will get displayed notifying "Unit Saved Successfully";
7. LAYER NAME- Layer Name consists of minimum 1 and maximum 25 alpha-numeric and special characters.
8. PARAMETERS- Parameters are different criterion/specifications as per which a product (tablet) needs to be manufactured. They also help us while conducting different tests pertaining to the product (tablet).
- STD. VALUE: It is a nominal value of product for respective test.
- TOLERANCES: Negative and Positive tolerances of product for respective test.
- LIMIT ON: To be selected from dropdown list; can either be Actual (which means tolerances to be considered at actual value) or Percentage (which means tolerances to be considered as percentage of standard value).
- REPORT ON: To be selected from dropdown list; can either be Standard (which means graphical representation of test will be at/on standard value) or Average (wherein graphical representation of test will be on average value).
- NMT TOLERANCE 1: NMT or Not More Than Tolerance 1 indicates acceptable number of samples out of ‘tolerance 1’ limit.
- NOMINAL NOMENCLATURE: Nomenclature to be selected from dropdown list.
- NLT: NLT or Not Less Than is similar to a tolerance level below which a sample is considered as out of limit.
- NMT: NMT or Not More Than is similar to a tolerance level beyond which a sample is considered as out of limit.
- UNIT: Unit value to be selected from dropdown list.
- SET COUNT: Number of rotations to be set to perform Friability Test.
- SET RPM: Number of rotations per minute to be set to perform Friability Test.
- TEMP: Minimum/Maximum temperature to be set and controlled.
- TIMER: Timer (HH:MM:SS) to be set to monitor time within which tablet gets dissolved.
Put in all the required information and click on Save button; the following window will get displayed asking for confirmation.
Click on Cancel option and the Add Tablet page with new filled information will get displayed.
Click on Confirm option and the following window will get displayed asking to enter remark.
Enter remark and click on OK button; the following window will get displayed notifying "Product Added Successfully" with OK button.
Click on OK button on message window and a blank Add Tablet form will get displayed.
*NOTES: - At least one parameter must be selected while adding the product so that its structural integrity can be monitored.
- Same product details cannot be added more than once; any one field must differ from existing details.
