ADD INSTRUMENT(OTHER)
This module is used to Add Instrument details in the system.
Instrument Type- To be selected from dropdown list.
Instrument Code No.- Unique Instrument Code No. consists of minimum 1 and maximum 25 alpha-numeric and special characters including space.
Make- Name of the manufacturer of the instrument either to be selected from dropdown list or it consists of minimum 1 and maximum 50 alpha-numeric and special characters including space.
Model- Model No. of the instrument consists of minimum 1 and maximum 50 alpha-numeric and special characters including space. or to be selected from drop down list.
Serial No.- Unique Serial no. of the instrument consists of minimum 1 and maximum 50 alpha-numeric and special characters including space.
Put in all the required details and click on Save button; the following window will get displayed asking for confirmation.
Click on Cancel option and the Add Instrument details page will get displayed with new filled information.
Click on Confirm option and the following window will get displayed asking to enter remark.
Enter remark and click on OK button; the following window will get displayed notifying "Instrument Added Successfully" with OK button.
Click on OK button on message window and a blank Add Instrument form will get dispalyed.
