ADD CALIBRATION STANDARDS

Calibration is the comparison of measurement values delivered by a device under test with those of a calibration standard of known accuracy. Such a standard could be another measurement device of known accuracy (weight box for our system).

Select 'Weight Box' option from dropdown arrow and the following window will get displayed.

Weight Box ID- Unique Weight Box ID consists of minimum 1 and maximum 50 alpha-numeric and special characters including space.

Certificate No.- Mentioned on certificate of weight box which consists of minimum 1 and maximum 50 alpha-numeric and special characters including space.

Valid Upto- Mentioned on certificate of weight box to be selected from calendar.

Certification Date- Date on which the certificate of weight box was issued which is always back-dated to be selected from calendar.

Standard Weight and Unit to be added for calibrating weight box. Add said details and click on 'Add Weight' button; the details get updated in weight list as mentioned below.

Click on 'Remove' button from Action column in the weight list for a particular weight; the following window will get displayed asking for confirmation.

Click on Cancel option and the Add Calibration Standard details page will get displayed with new filled information.

Click on Confirm option and the selected weight gets removed/discarded from the system.

Put in all the required weight box details and click on Save button; the following window will get displayed asking for confirmation.

Click on Cancel option and the Add Calibration Standard details page will get displayed with new filled information.

Click on Confirm option and the following window will get displayed asking to enter remark.

Enter remark and click on OK button; the following window will get displayed notifying "Calibration Standards Added Successfully" with OK button.

Click on OK button on message window and Add Calibration Standards main page gets displayed.
