If no data is available for selected input, the following window will get displayed notifying "Record Not Found".

Select required Media name from dropdown and date range from calendar, and select ‘View Report’ option; the following report will get generated;

Select ‘Print Report’ option; the following window will get displayed with list of printers available in the network;

Select a printer from the list and give ‘Print’ command; the print will get generated and the following message window will get displayed notifying Print Initiated;

Click on OK button on message window and Audit Trail for Media form will get displayed.
